HealthMetry provides services to you ("You" or "Your") subject to these Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") and subject to other HealthMetry policies, including a Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference.
By accessing and using our site, you accept these Terms even if You do not create an Account with the HealthMetry site. You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age and of legal competence to enter into this agreement.
HealthMetry may change these Terms at any time, including by adding new provisions or removing existing provisions, except as otherwise provided in these Terms. By continuing to access or use the HealthMetry site, You accept any changes or revisions to the Terms.

ACCESS TO THE SITE: Upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions, HealthMetry hereby grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access the Site and its services. In exchange for the foregoing, you agree to pay the fees set forth under each service. In consideration of your access to the services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving our services under the laws of applicable jurisdiction.
MISUSE OF SERVICES: HealthMetry reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately and without notice suspend your access to the Site if HealthMetry suspects that: (a) you are abusing or misusing the Site or Services, (b) you have violated this agreement or any applicable law, or (c) an actual or threatened breach of security jeopardizes the safety, confidentiality and/or integrity of the Site or Services. More specifically you agree to:

not interfere with the operation of this website;

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: You agree to pay HealthMetry for Services as set forth in the fee disclosures on the HealthMetry website. These fees may be changed, from time to time and HealthMetry shall post all such changes on its website. Customer shall pay for access to the Site and Services in advance. HealthMetry reserves the right to terminate this agreement upon email notice sent by HealthMetry. All prices are in US Dollars and do not include internet service provider, telephone, or any other connection charges.
SERVICE FEES: HealthMetry services are available as a one-time per consultation fee billed in increments and explicitly stated on an ordering page. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 30 (thirty) days from the original date of service to discuss your concerns. If we cannot resolve your concerns, we may provide you with alternative consultation, at no additional cost to you. HealthMetry does not refund purchases.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: No person shall receive any right, license or permission to use, manipulate and reproduce any of the HealthMetry trademarks, copyrights content, or other intellectual property rights without the prior written permission of HealthMetry.

DISCLAIMERS: HealthMetry makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Site and the Data are an accurate reflection of the information received from its originating source.
